Please read the below instructions carefully to make your check-in process and stay at the cabin as smooth as possible.

Your Stay

  • Check-in is at 4:00 pm on. Let us know when you will be arriving and we look forward to having you!

  • 279 Connie Rd, Basye, VA

If Basye (city) doesn't work you can put Mount Jackson for the city. Either one works as for the address!

  • Use your unique 4-digit code (last 4 digits of your phone number) on the smart keypad!

To lock the door, simply enter your 4-digit code. The door doesn’t automatically lock.

    For Airbnb bookings:
Use your unique access code from the Airbnb Booking Details section (confirmation email or Airbnb app/website) on the smart keypad on the front door!

To lock the door, simply enter your unique access code. The door doesn’t automatically lock.

  • Please bring your firewood with you if you’re planning on using the fireplace & outdoor fire pit.

Firewood can be purchased from the Community store (5mins from the cabin).

  • Please bring your own charcoal with you if you plan to use the grill.

  • While we love the mountain views, it also means that there may be spotty cell service at points when you are driving around. The cabin itself is equipped with fast and reliable wifi, but just in case, we recommend downloading the surrounding area on google maps (offline) to ensure you aren't relying on spotty service.

  • One of our favorite times to enjoy the cabin is in the winter months, but winter precipitation can make the roads a little bit challenging, so we highly recommend making the trip in a 4-wheel-drive vehicle on those snowy days for your own safety and comfort.

  • We have an Ecobee smart thermostat that controls our central AC/Heating.

  • We have ample parking for 5 cars.
